Week 11 – Endurance

What began as a well planned out week resulted in a rather disappointing end. Because the weekend’s long run was supposed to be a 20 miler, I wanted to reschedule the runs throughout the week leading up to Sunday, and it went pretty good till Saturday when I hit the gym. The month of May meant endurance and speed training. As I look back, it swung by so fast that it felt like it disappeared in a blink of an eye. 4th Week of 20-Week Training and Ascis Kayano 21 (again)

Another week came and went. It was the 4th week of the 20 week long training period, and the goal of the week was to maintain the weekly distance, including a Fartlek run.
